Loyalty customers can have coupons assigned to their account. When a customer has coupons applied to their loyalty account, you can access them simply by entering their phone number during a transaction. Eligible coupons will appear available for use on the checkout screen.

Error Codes
There are several requirements that can be added to coupons to make them eligible for redemption. It's possible that you will run into several error messages when attempting to redeem a coupon. Below is a summary of error messages and what they mean.

| Invalid coupon | This coupon does not exist OR expired more than 90 days ago | 
| Coupon is expired or disabled | This coupon has expired and is no longer valid. This will be tracked for 90 days past expiration. | 
| Coupon has already been redeemed | This coupon has already been used, this is tracked for 90 days past use and then will show as "invalid". | 
| No eligible item in cart | This coupon applies to specific items which are not part of the order. To fix this you can add an eligible item to the order. | 
| Coupon not applicable today | This coupon only works on certain days of the week and is not valid today. | 
| Coupon not applicable at this time of day | This coupon only works at certain times of day and is not valid right now. | 
| Coupon not applicable at this store | This coupon only works at specific stores and is not valid at this store. | 
| Coupon requires additional purchase | This coupon requires an additional purchase. To fix you can add a non-discounted item to the order. |
