Curbside pickup allows customers to request that staff bring their order to their vehicle by pressing an "I'm Here" button on their mobile app. Each store can choose to offer this option by enabling or disabling it from either the store settings page on your Crisp dashboard or from the point of sale

When customers choose to pickup their order using your curbside pickup feature, in-store staff will be notified of the customers name, ticket number, and car type and color. 

Staff can use the POS to communicate with your customer using a small set of predefined messages.
