Curbside Pickup allows customers to request that staff bring their order to their vehicle. Each store can choose to offer this option by enabling or disabling it from either the store settings page on your Crisp dashboard or from the point of sale.


When customers choose to pickup their order using your curbside pickup feature, in-store staff will be notified of the customers name, ticket number, and car type/color that the customer enters when prompted.


Staff can use the POS to communicate with your customer using a small set of predefined messages by tapping the Send Message option.


 


Once customers put in their order, they will be brought to a confirmation screen that will countdown to when the customer is able to Check in and tap the I'm Here option. After tapping "I'm Here", customers will be prompted to enter in their car details (make/model/color) so that employees know which car to bring the order to.
