You have the ability to adjust customer's loyalty points/credit in the Dashboard. Owners and individuals with the correct permissions may add or subtract customer loyalty points.

Adding Loyalty Credit

  1. Login to the Dashboard
  2. Click the 'Customers' tab
  3. Click 'Lookup'
  4. Click the 'Loyalty' tab
  5. Search the customer's phone number (digits only) in the search bar
  6. Select the Customer phone number 
  7. Click the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right
  8. Click 'Adjust Loyalty Balance'
  9. Enter a POSITIVE amount in the bar labeled '$ Add Amount' to add credit and click 'Send'

*Example: to add $10 of loyalty credit, enter 10.00

Removing Loyalty Credit

  1. Login to the Backend 
  2. Click the 'Customers' tab
  3. Search the customer's phone number (digits only) in the 'Customer Lookup' search bar
  4. Select the Customer phone number
  5. Enter a NEGATIVE amount under 'Refund Loyalty' to add credit and click save

*Example: to subtract $10 of loyalty credit, enter -10.00
