You have the ability to adjust customer's loyalty points/credit in the Dashboard. Owners and individuals with the correct permissions may add customer loyalty points.
Adding Loyalty Credit
- Login to the Dashboard
- Click the 'Customers' tab
- Click 'Lookup'
- Click the 'Loyalty' tab
- Search the customer's phone number (digits only) in the search bar
- Select the Customer phone number
- Click the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right
- Click 'Adjust Loyalty Balance'
- Enter a POSITIVE amount in the bar labeled '$ Add Amount' to add credit and click 'Send'
*Example: to add $10 of loyalty credit, enter 10.00
Removing Loyalty Credit
You cannot subtract loyalty credit on the dashboard, if you need this done please reach out to support through chat.
