You have the ability to adjust customer's loyalty points/credit in the Dashboard. Owners and individuals with the correct permissions may add customer loyalty points.

Adding Loyalty Credit

  1. Login to the Dashboard
  2. Click the 'Customers' tab
  3. Click 'Lookup'
  4. Click the 'Loyalty' tab
  5. Search the customer's phone number (digits only) in the search bar
  6. Select the Customer phone number 
  7. Click the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right
  8. Click 'Adjust Loyalty Balance'
  9. Enter a POSITIVE amount in the bar labeled '$ Add Amount' to add credit and click 'Send'

*Example: to add $10 of loyalty credit, enter 10.00

Removing Loyalty Credit

You cannot subtract loyalty credit on the dashboard, if you need this done please reach out to support through chat.
