Your Crisp services include integrations into all major third party delivery partners including DoorDash, UberEats, and GrubHub. You can also use DoorDash Drive which will allow your guests to place delivery orders directly through your first party ordering (mobile app and web) with delivery fulfillment by DoorDash.
What’s Included with Each Integration
Crisp’s DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub integrations all include:
Automatic menu sync: Changes made to your menu in Crisp are automatically pushed to each connected delivery platform.
Operating hours sync: Updates to your regular operating hours and hour exceptions are automatically sent to your delivery platforms.
Temporary ordering controls: Temporarily disable online ordering from the Crisp POS or Crisp Portal. If ordering is disabled for the rest of the day, third-party delivery ordering will also be disabled.
Provider-specific menu upcharges: Set a different percentage upcharge for each delivery provider to account for commissions and other delivery costs. The upcharge is applied to your menu prices on that platform.
