If you purchased your Signage stick directly from Amazon, you can use the Amazon Signage app as a remote for you devices.
If you purchased your remote directly from Crisp and have lost your remote you can buy the latest generation of Firestick TV remotes and they will be compatible with your signage stick.
Once you have your new remote, contact Crisp support with the new remote ready to go in-store and they can help you connect your new remote to your signage stick.
Keep in mind that your signage stick must be managed by Crisp for support to be able to help you with this step.
Once Crisp Support has initiated pairing mode they will ask you to hold down the home button until paring is successful.
