Here at Crisp, our Support Team is here to assist you in all aspects of our system as quickly as we are able. Below is a table of all the ways to contact us, but if you are unsure of where to contact about an issue you have then please go through our chat/email and we can direct you from there:

*Emergencies are constituted as an issue causing you to be unable to take a large percentage of your orders/sales.

Due to our small team size, if an issue is determined not to be an emergency, we will direct you to our chat/email to keep the line clear for actual emergencies.


Support Hours


Monday - Saturday:

  • Chat/Email: 7am - 10pm MST
  • Emergency Line: 6am - 10pm MST


Sunday:

  • Chat/Email: 7am - 9pm
  • Emergency Line: 6am - 9pm MST


Holidays are Emergency only. Chats/Emails will not be responded to until the next business day. We are completely closed on Christmas.
