Training Expectations

At Crisp, our goal is for all customers to be well educated with our product before launching. You will receive a training session with your onboarding specialist during the onboarding process. Once you have launched, if you wish to receive more training please visit the following link to schedule a session with a Crisp Trainer.

The Crisp training team is available Tuesday - Thursday 11AM - 2PM.

- All training will be done through Zoom. 

- Prior to each training, individuals must read through and watch the materials given to them. 

- Per each contract/brand we will have one onboarding meeting and two 1-hour training sessions - One to train on menu building and the other to do a general training on the product. 

- There is no limit on the number of people in this group, but all participants are required to be in the same Zoom meeting.

- Crisp is not responsible for the training of any owner, manager, or staff.
