Training Expectations

When you launch with us we want you to be well educated with our product. We want to create a great relationship with all of our customers and firmly believe that the best way to do this is by setting expectations. We believe that when both parties know what to expect of each other, every situation will be resolved faster. 

The Crisp training team is available Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM.

--All training will be done through Zoom. 

--Prior to each training, individuals must read through and watch the materials given to them. 

--Per each contract/brand we will have one onboarding meeting and two 1-hour training sessions - One to train on menu building and the other to do a general training on the product. 

--There is no limit on the number of people in this group, but all participants are required to be in the same Zoom meeting.

--Crisp is not responsible for the training of any owner, manager, or staff.
