1. Please check and make sure the cables leading into and out of the payment terminal (where you insert or swipe the card) are all properly connected. This means it should be plugged into power, and also have another cord that should plug into an ethernet port.

2. If the cables are connected correctly, please try resetting the payment device. You can do this by pressing and holding the yellow button and # button at the same time. Hold these buttons until the device resets itself. It should take only a minute to restart.

3. Make sure your tablet is linked to this payment device. In your Crisp POS app open the side navigation. 

-Go to Settings
-For the Linked Payment Terminal option make sure it is the payment device you are trying to use.
