Steps to Access Gift Card Sales
Step 1: Access your Crisp Dashboard
Step 2: Click on Data Center then Accounting in the left-hand menu
Step 3: Set Accounting Data to Sales
Step 4: Set Period to a relevant date or date range
Step 5: Set other filters as desired
Step 6: Click Apply Current Filters (orange circle button at the bottom of the screen)

Steps to Access Gift Card Redemptions by Date
Step 1: Access your Crisp Dashboard
Step 2: Click on Data Center then Advanced Reports in the left-hand menu\
Step 3: Change Report data to Sales
Step 4: Set the Row Fields to Date
Step 5: set the Column Fields to Payment Method
Step 6: In Period Select relevant Date Range
Step 7: For Payment Methods select Giftcard
Step 8: Set other filters as desired
Step 9: Click Apply Current Filters (orange circle button at the bottom of the screen)
Step 10: Set Display to Charged Amounts
You may also display different information such as number of tickets which contained gift card sales, refunded gift cards $, or refunded gift cards quantity by clicking the dropdown at the top of the screen.
Steps to Access Gift Card Redemptions by Store
Step 1: Access your Crisp Dashboard
Step 2: Click on Data Center then Advanced Reports in the left-hand menu
Step 3: Set Report data to Sales
Step 4 Set the Row Fields to Store
Step 5: Set the Column Fields to Payment Method
Step 6: In Period Select a relevant Date Range
Step 7: Set Payment methods to Giftcard
Step 8: Set other filters as desired
Step 9: Click Apply Current Filters (orange circle button at the bottom of the screen)
