Transferring Old Gift Card Balances

To transition a balance from an old gift card without a QR code to a new gift card with a QR code, follow the payment flow as normal.

  1. Tap the “Gift Card” button on the payment screen
  2. Input the old gift card number and tap “Enter”
  3. Now choose the “Gift Card” button again and an alert will display to prompt you to transition the old gift card balance to a new gift card. Tap the green “Yes” button to continue.
  4. The camera will now activate a QR code scanner. Scan the new gift card and the balance will automatically transfer.
