Transferring Old Gift Card Balances
To transfer the balance from a gift card you had from a previous provider without a QR code to a gift card provided by Crisp that does have a QR code, follow the payment flow as normal then do the following:
- Tap the “Gift Card” button on the payment screen
- Input (don't scan) the old gift card number and tap “Enter”
- Now choose the “Gift Card” button again and an alert will display to prompt you to transition the old gift card balance to a new gift card. Tap the green “Yes” button to continue.
- The camera will now activate a QR code scanner. Scan the new gift card and the balance will automatically transfer from the old gift card.
