Transfer the Balance of a non-Crisp Gift Card to a Crisp Gift Card

Transferring Old Gift Card Balances

To transfer the balance from a gift card you had from a previous provider without a QR code to a gift card provided by Crisp that does have a QR code, follow the payment flow as normal then do the following:

1. Tap the “Gift Card” button on the payment screen
2. Input (don't scan) the old gift card number and tap “Enter”
3. Now choose the “Gift Card” button again and an alert will display to prompt you to transition the old gift card balance to a new gift card. Tap the green “Yes” button to continue.
4. The camera will now activate a QR code scanner. Scan the new gift card and the balance will automatically transfer from the old gift card.‍
