Share codes provide your customers the ability to earn rewards while helping to promote your brand to Family and Friends!


How to setup


Share codes are an automated campaign on the dashboard, so if you go to the marketing on your dashboard, you will find the Share Codes campaign listed under the Automated tab. (To read more about Automated Campaigns, click here). 


When you click this option, you will be brought into the configuration settings for the campaign. These settings include:

- The title of the message
- The body of the message
- The reward attached to the message.



The configured message will be sent to the promotor whose share code was used, not the customer that uses the code. 

How they work


Once the campaign is running, existing loyalty customers will see their Share Code under the More section on their app. They will be able to send this code to a friend or family member to use.


Once the new customer receives their code, they can go into the online ordering app and use this code at checkout, where it will prompt them to use the promoter's share code.

After the order is placed, the promoter will then receive their message and the reward will be applied to their loyalty account.


Share codes can only be used on the first order a customer places on your app.

If the customer using the share code has already placed an order on the app, they will not be able to use a share code.
