Stock Rules

Created by Matt Briggs, Modified on Thu, 28 Apr, 2022 at 10:52 AM by Crisp Admin

The Crisp system allows you to mark both products and modifiers out of stock. We've created stock rules that allow you, with one action, to mark a series of modifiers and products out of stock all together.

For example; You may have the following modifiers

  • Shredded Chicken (2oz)
  • Shredded Chicken (4oz)
  • Shredded Chicken (6oz)

and the following products

  • Shredded Chicken Salad
  • Shredded Chicken Burrito
  • Shredded Chicken Taco

Rather than marking each of these options out of stock when you get to the bottom of your – chicken bucket – you can create a stock rule to mark them out (and back in) stock at once.

Creating Stock Rules

Stock Rules are a part of you Menu and are pushed to stores in the same way as other menu changes.
