Perform a Void
- Once an item is sent to the KDS, there won’t be an option to delete it.
- Choose the order, select the blue ‘Void’ button, select the item(s) you wish to void and submit a reason why it will be voided (these will be listed on the right-hand side of the screen).
- If only a portion of an order needs to be voided, the rest of the order will remain on screen.
Perform a Refund
- Go into the ticket history and find the ticket to be refunded.
- After tapping into the ticket, tap Refund.
- Select which items (or all items) that need to be refunded
- Select the refund method type.
Note: If performing a credit card refund, allow the refund to process for a few seconds, and the order will be automatically refunded to the card!
