Perform a Void

  1. Once an item is sent to the KDS, there won’t be an option to delete it.
  2. Choose the order, select the blue ‘Void’ button, select the item(s) you wish to void and submit a reason why it will be voided (these will be listed on the right-hand side of the screen).
  3. If only a portion of an order needs to be voided, the rest of the order will remain on screen.

Perform a Refund

  1. Go into the ticket history and find the ticket to be refunded.
  2. After tapping into the ticket, tap Refund.
  3. Select which items (or all items) that need to be refunded
  4. Select the refund method type.

Note: If performing a credit card refund, allow the refund to process for a few seconds, and the order will be automatically refunded to the card!
