Exporting Loyalty Accounts

LOYALTY EXPORTING

To export your customer’s loyalty account information, visit your Crisp dashboard (brandname-dashboard.crispnow.com).

Loyalty can be exported for specific stores or for all existing customers.

Select CUSTOMERS on the left, then click LOOKUP.

Select LOYALTY at the top. Then, click EXPORT.

BY STORE

To export by store, select BY STORE. Then click the checkbox next to each store you would like to export loyalty information for.

ALL CUSTOMERS

To export loyalty for ALL CUSTOMERS select ALL CUSTOMERS.

 
Once your stores (or ALL CUSTOMERS) have been selected, click EXPORT.

Once you have selected EXPORT, you will see a file download in CSV format appear in the bottom left corner of your internet browser.

Congratulations, you have just exported your customer’s loyalty information!
