Steps to access the Time Clock
Step 1: Access the Dashboard
Step 2: On the left-hand menu, Select Team > Time Clock
Step 3: Select your store
- Below is what the Time Clock screen looks like after you select your store:
On the bottom right corner is a "+", you can click that to add a new shift.
If you wish to edit a shift click the gray pencil, if you wish to delete a shift click the trash can.
Shifts do not need to be approved in order for them to be included in payroll, labor, and tip reports. Shift approvals are solely for management use.
PAYROLL REPORT
Once you have looked at your time clock you can go to "Data" > "Reports" > under sales summary choose "Payroll" and pull your payroll report. You can export this report as a csv file.
