Apple will periodically update its terms of service or other agreements and require the account holder for your organization to accept these conditions.

You should receive an email from apple about these changes or you may be notified by Crisp. We are unable to publish or update apps unless these conditions have been accepted.

You'll know there is a new agreement when logging in to your appstoreconnect account because you will see a banner at the top of the page.

The yellow banner means the agreement needs to be accepted.

Simply click the blue link in the banner and you will be redirected to a page like this.

Simply click review agreement and accept the terms

What if I don't see the orange banner?

If you do not see this banner it is possible you are not logged in as the account owner.
To check ownership you can select the "membership" button on the left hand menu.
