1. Please check that the "Microphone" permissions are enabled for the Crisp app. This can be done by entering the "Settings" app on your device, then tapping "Crisp Fast Casual" on the left menu (it will be located near the bottom of the list after scrolling). Also, be sure that the volume is set to maximum.
2. If microphone permissions are enabled. Try removing the card reader from the iPad, setting the volume to max, then putting it back in.
3. Try steps 1 and 2 on another iPad. "Mobile Payment Device Connected" should appear if it is successful.
4. If you have a backup card reader, try replacing it and seeing if it works.
If the card reader still isn't working after trying these 3 things, please contact crisp support.
