Partially Paid Tickets - Unsettled Tickets
The ticket was partially paid for, but was not COMPLETELY paid for. This can cause errors with reporting, so here are instructions to properly clear this ticket:
- Payout the rest of the ticket using the CASH button. This will clear the ticket.
- To ensure your cash drawer and reporting remain balanced, enter the Ticket History, find the ticket, and perform a cash refund on the ticket. This will refund the ticket, and balance your cash drawer.
