Partially Paid Tickets - Unsettled Tickets

The ticket was partially paid for, but was not COMPLETELY paid for. This can cause errors with reporting, so here are instructions to properly clear this ticket:

  1. Payout the rest of the ticket using the CASH button. This will clear the ticket.
  2. To ensure your cash drawer and reporting remain balanced, enter the Ticket History, find the ticket, and perform a cash refund on the ticket. This will refund the ticket, and balance your cash drawer.
