Forgot Password

  1. From the login page, enter your email in the "Email address" field.
  2. Click the "Forgot Password" button found next to the "Login" button
  3. An email should be sent to you within two minutes. If it does not arrive, verify you entered the email address correctly, or check your spam folder.
  4. The email will contain a "Reset Password" button. When clicked, you will be taken to your web browser to set and verify a new password. This new password will be available for use immediately!


Change Your Password

  1. Login to your account
  2. From the home page, click “My Account
  3. Find the “Your Info” section and click "Edit" on the right side.
  4. In the “Password” field, enter the NEW password you would like to use.
  5. Click “Save” in the bottom right. Your new password will be available for use immediately!


Reset an Employees Password

Employees may also reset their own passwords using the method at the top of this page. The step's below may be used to force an employee to change their password upon next login.

  1. From the home page, click “Team” -> "Users"
  2. Find and click on the user you wish to modify the password for.
  3. In the bottom right of the sub window, click "Options" then "Reset Password"
  4. You will be prompted "Are you sure you want to reset this user's password?" Click "Yes".
  5. An should be sent to the user within two minutes. If it does not arrive, verify the users email address, and have them check their spam folder.
  6. The email will contain a "Reset Password" button. When clicked, they will be taken to their web browser to set and verify a new password. This new password will be available for use immediately!
