Add Products to Online Ordering

Adding products to your online ordering and mobile app is easy! It's nearly the same as adding them to your POS.

First, you'll need to create a product and its modifiers, and then add that product to its corresponding category.

Once that is done, we can now add the category to online ordering!


How to Assign Products to Online Ordering and Mobile App

Backend > Settings > Categories

Your backend has 2 main categories, "Point of Sale" and "Online Order".

  1. Sub-categories assigned "Point of Sale" will appear on your point of sale.
  2. Sub-categories assigned "Online Ordering" will appear on your website and mobile app.

To assign a category to Online Ordering:

  1. Click the Category # of Online Ordering
  2. From the list of sub-categories, select which one you'd like to add, then click the "Add >>" button.
  3. Click "Save".


After assigning a product category to Online Ordering, all of its corresponding products will now appear on your website and mobile app!


Note: If you would like some products to appear on your POS but not online ordering, or vice versa, you will have to create 2 separate categories, and then assign one to the POS category, and the other to Online Ordering.
